I see health as more than only nutrition and exercise. That’s why I recommend a 360° approach consisting of nutrition, exercise, mental wellbeing, and sleep. You can also choose to focus on one aspect. Each person has unique needs and needs a unique approach.
During coaching, I want to inspire you and provide the tools you need to achieve your goals. You’ll also get a Health Guide. This is a workbook with information about nutrition, exercise, mental health and sleep; fully adapted to your specific situation.

Stress is a normal, and necessary, part of life. However, when we have too much stress, or when it goes on for too long, it can be very dangerous to our health and wellbeing.
The five main signs of burnout are:
Forgetfulness, problems concentrating or paying attention
Getting sick often
Negative thoughts & emotions
Lack of motivation
If you recognise these signs, it may be time to get help.
As a burnout coach, I can help you avoid burnout and recover from it. I can guide you, in scientifically proven ways, back to the healthy happy you. Conversations, exercises and assignments will help you relax, recharge your energy, increase your resilience and take the steps to ensure that you can enjoy your life to the full again.
A session typically lasts 50 minutes. I can coach by phone, online (Skype, Facebook Messenger call, WhatsApp call) or in person (in Antwerp, Belgium). It’s up to you to choose what suits you best. If you choose coaching in person, I can come to your home too.
During the first session, I’ll introduce myself and my way of working. But mostly I’ll listen to you to find out how I can help you best. During the next sessions, we’ll work on defining your goal and we’ll make a plan to achieve it. Throughout the programme, you'll get the knowledge and tools you need to succeed, we’ll follow up on your progress, and I’ll support you as a coach, motivator, and cheerleader.
